The Yakima roof rack system you're looking at only has space for the lock cores in the SkyLine Towers # Y53TR so you'd just need 4 lock cores to secure them to your flush mounted rails, which you can get with the Yakima Same Key System (SKS) Lock Cores (QTY 4) # Y07204. If you have any other Yakima products or plan on purchasing some in the future you could purchase a larger quantity of cores at once so that everything is all keyed the same.
