When inflated you might get a little bit of lift from the Firestone Coil-Rite springs, # F4105, but they are designed more to keep the rear end from sagging when under load. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you. If the vehicle is sagging in the back and it is not under load then you could have a suspension problem and you will want a shop to take a look at it. Suspension enhancement can only be installed on a suspension system that is in good working order.
