Will an Echo 755 Backpack Leaf Blower Fit a Rackem Lockable Blower Rack for Utility Trailers

Question:

My first question is will the Echo 755 backpack blower work on this rack without and adapter? My second question is this rack mounts on the side of angle iron on the trailer right? Not on top of angle iron?

The Lockable Blower Rack for Utility Trailers, # RA-19, is designed to accommodate most backpack leaf blowers. At this time, only certain Stihl models are known to require an adapter (BR420, BR550, BR600). I checked with Rackem and Echo model PB-755ST does NOT require an adapter.

For installation Rackem states that for all open trailer racks you will first place the rack tower on the trailer floor flush against the trailer SIDE rail. Then drill the holes in the trailer SIDE rail using the rack as a template for the hole locations. Last you will use grade 8 hardware to bolt the rack to the trailer. So you are correct that it bolts to the side and not the top.
