i have a scooter that i need to transport and thought i could use the same as a wheelchair ramp but i am told my car a nissan versa note 2019 is too lite and cant be done.. I cant believe there is nothing to help me.

A 2019 Nissan Versa is not going to be able to handle a hitch mount wheelchair carrier. The vehicle simply does not have the needed support for this application but this is the case for pretty much all of these smaller sedans. Therefore, the only way to transport the wheelchair would be on a trailer using the following:
