I looked in the owner's manual for your 2018 Chevrolet Equinox and it mentions that tire chains should not be used due to lack of clearance between the tire chain and suspension and or body components which can cause damage to your vehicle that would not be covered by the warranty. Since Chevrolet does not allow tire chains on your vehicle I do not recommend them.
Should you decide to use tire chain's the Konig Self-Tensioning, Low-Pro Snow Tire Chains # TH04115245 will work for 225/65-17, and 225/60-18 tire sizes, and the Glacier Cable Snow Tire Chains # PW2016C will fit the 235/50-19 tire sizes.
I included videos to all of the products mentioned should you decide to use them.
