The Erickson Truck Bed Ladder Rack for the 2020 Toyota Tundra, part # EM07705, is not adjustable. However, another one is.
It's the Yakima OverHaul HD Truck Bed Rack, part # Y01151-5968. It can sit above your bed rails anywhere between 19" and 30", giving a range of difference if you choose to go this route. I've linked to a video review of this system for you to look at.
