Bike Rack Solution to Carry E-Bike with Fender Plus Carbon Frame Bike

I need to carry three bikes on hitch mount platform rack one has a carbon frame which would require securing the bike without frame contact and the other two are electric bikes with fenders which would require using the frame to secure the bike to the rack. Does anyone make an extender that so that the two different types of bikes can be accommodated?

The best solution is going to be the Thule EasyFold XT part # TH903202 with the carbon frame adapter part # TH984101. This will grab the bikes by the frame but using the carbon frame protector it would protect the frame of your carbon frame bike.
There isn't a solution that would allow you to carry a third bike. You might have to go with a roof mounted bike rack for the third bike like with the Thule ProRide XT part # TH598004.
