Question:
I have an inexpensive 12ft. single axle cargo trailer. Over time the springs have collapsed and the axle is hitting the chassis. The axle is made by Dexter and is at 3,500 lb. I will attach two photos of the trailer unloaded. These are four leaf. The best measurements that I can come up with are: Spring eye center to center is approx. 25.75 in. Spring mount center to center is approx. 24.5 in excluding shackle. The photos look like a loaded trailer but it is completely off the ground. Thank you for any help that you can provide.

Thank you for the photos! They really helped.
For your double eye leaf springs, the 4-leaf 25-1/8" Long, part # e54SR, that you referenced are in fact the right ones for you. The reason they are slightly shorter than your current ones is because they tend to stretch a little over time. Also, remember that you will need two.
From your photo, it looks like you might have trouble with the existing hardware when removing the old springs and installing the new ones due to rust. If you end up needing more bolts or shackle straps, then we have them here. Part # 166081 is the correct bolt for your setup, and part # 115052 is the shackle strap.
Another common problem when replacing springs is using the old hangers. A lot of times, the bolts have to be cut off due to rust and age, so if you need replacement hangers, we also have those. For a square axle, use part # CE23103. For a round tube, use part # APUBR-1. I've linked to a video installation of the round ones so you can see how it's done.
