The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C11020 would be a good choice. It is rated for up to 200 lbs. of tongue weight and your total load is going to be around 145 lbs. Of course check the owner's manual on your Smart to ensure that it is rated to handle at least the 145 lbs. you plan on hauling. As long as it is you're in good shape.
I have linked an installation video for you to check out on the hitch being installed on your vehicle for you to check out.
