I have another option but the Replacement Foot for etrailer or Ram Electric Jacks # EJ-3520-FT you were looking at will not work on your jack as it was designed to be use with the # EJ-3520-BBX or # EJ-3520-WBX.
Since your Bulldog Fulton Sidewind 14 5000lb A-Frame Jack uses a 2" tube you can use the Bulldog Detachable Footplate for 2" Jack Tube # BD018564 which is rated up to 5000lbs.
