I have a replacement option but the pin in the center of the convert-a-ball is not available separately as it is part of the ball.
Since you already have a post you can use the replacement 1-7/8" ball # 300b, 2" ball # 400b, or 2-5/16" ball # 600b to replace the the two balls missing pins.
