What does the hex set bolt on the side of the regulator do? I want to use this on my camper propane fridge. Thanks!

The hex set screw on the side of the Camco Vertical 2-Stage Propane Regulator part # CAM59313 is simply a plug. I imagine this either bypasses the second stage or the regulator all together but this is just speculation. It won't be used for anything in a traditional setup.
