For your 2021 BMW X3 there are two different Stealth Hitches depending on the model of your X3.

If your X3 is a X3 M you will need the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # SH59VR, and if your X3 is a M40i, xDrive30i, or sDrive30i you will need the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # SH46FR.
