The proper CIPA slip on towing mirror fit for your 2008 Ford F150, as long as it isn't an STX model is part
# CM11800 which includes the driver and passenger side mirror.
The # CM11401 is a fit for a later-model Ram truck, and wouldn't fit your Ford F-150.
