Question:
Hi, I am looking for a bike carrier for 3 adult bikes and a child’s bike 16 inch, and the description mentions the bikes have to be of similar size. Am I ok with something like this or should I really look into the hitch mount bike carriers?

Expert Reply:
This rack part # S80600 does require the bikes to all be a close wheel size due to the way it mounts to the bumper. I highly recommend adding a receiver tube to your bumper part # BA-100. This opens up your opportunity for hitch mounted accessories and allows you to use a more stable bike rack such as part # S64940. You can carry up to 4 bikes with a weight capacity of 35 pounds per bike.
