While we do have a trailer hitch receiver that fits your 2018 Volkswagen Atlas, the one you mentioned isn't a fit for this vehicle; the one that does fit which I recommend is from Curt:

This hitch will give you the best ground clearance from the bottom of the hitch, which can be particularly important if you are going to be using the hitch for accessories like a bike rack.
