I have a solution for you, but the Firestone # F2430 are not designed to work with in-bed hitches like the Curt # C16400-204 that you're looking at for your 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500. Instead, I recommend using the AirLift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers - Rear Axle # AL88211 (8 ft bed) or # AL88204 (short beds). These are also an air bag system like the Firestone # F2430 you were looking at, but I really like that these have an internal jounce bumper inside each air spring that helps to improve ride comfort, reduce sway, and help with cornering. These jounces will engage at lower air pressures to help keep the vehicle from bottoming out and also do a great job at absorbing road shock.
If you're looking for a way to inflate these air bags on the go so that you won't need to look for a gas station each time you need to air up, the Air Lift Load Controller Compressor System for Air Helper Springs- Heavy Duty - Dual Path # AL25856 is the perfect solution. This is a heavy duty compressor that can be mounted in the truck and provides you with a way to inflate each air bag to a custom pressure, and the system comes with manual gauges and inflation control that are mounted in the cab of the truck for the ultimate convenience.
