I need a regulator that maintains a minimum w.c pressure of 11 and max of 13 for gas fireplace. Using two 30 lb lp tanks. Will this work Thank you

The 11 inch to 13 inch WC requirement you mentioned is standard LP like what the regulator part # 37207-31525 you mentioned provides. This regulator was designed for dual tank setups like you have too and automatically changes between the two so it would work great.
