Hello from Alaska. I have a 2021 Toyota RAV4 TRD Off Road w/ raised roof rails. Plan to outfit vehicle for Overlanding. Needing cross bars and roof basket. Emphasize is strength and durability, including adding third, fourth rails for weight carrying if needed. Want biggest basket that will fit full length of roof if possible for 2nd spare tire and gas cans along with 1 or 2 kayaks already have J-Hooks, skis, packs and/or mountain bikes. Handy with tools and minor fabrication, so can modify or add attachments for the extra items. Looking at roof basket w/ deep sides and multiple ribs like your medium w/ extension or perhaps Curt brand, maybe Surco Safari but would have to add mesh deck or more ribs. Trick is vehicle has moon roof that I have not operated yet, and dont know how much clearance it requires so would need. Can you put together 1 or 2 packages that meet specs listed above?

For your 2021 Toyota RAV4 with raised rails we have the Rhino Rack Pioneer Platform part # RR36QX which is 52 inch by 49 inch. Rhino Rack has stated to us that the weight capacities of these platforms will be whatever the weight capacity of the vehicle is and that the platforms are basically stronger than any roof out there. This is the biggest option out there which covers what you were wanting which is coverage for as much of the roof as possible.
For gas can carriers we have the part # RJCH-HOR for a horizontal mount or part # RR43107 for a vertical mount. For a kayak carrier that can fit the channels on top of the platform the Lockrack part # LR54FR which would work great. Most likely your moon roof wouldn't open with this installed as it would interfere, but even if it could it would make quite a bit of wind noise.
