As far as ladder racks compatible with your Truxedo Sentry CT # TX1597701 go, the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack - 1,250 lbs # TH43002XT-508 is the best choice. This ladder rack has a rail system that installs on top of the bed rails, so it won't interfere with the tonneau cover that is mounted inside the bed rails. The TracRac SR provides a ton of flexibility with its' ability to slide towards the truck cab, so it's a great choice.

To carry bikes on your TracRac SR I recommend using the Inno Fork Lock Roof Bike Rack - Fork Mount - Channel Mounted - Aluminum # INXA391 which uses t-shaped bolts to secure the rack that will be compatible with your TracRac bars. The TracRac bars are too thick for most carriers, and the t-bolts of most carriers are not compatible, but this carrier will fit because of its unique hardware design.

To carry kayaks, I recommend using the Thule Hull-A-Port Aero Kayak Carrier # TH849000, which is a great carrier that comes with everything you need to secure 1 kayak and will fit in the channels on the TracRac SR bars. If you're going to be carrying 2 kayaks you could use two of the Hull-A-Port or you could use the Rhino-Rack Nautic Stack Kayak Carrier # RRS520. This comes with enough tie-down straps to secure 2 kayaks plus it gives you the option to carry 4 kayaks if the need arises. You'd just need Kit # RRRBAS-RTD55P-RTD45P to secure the additional 2 kayaks.
