Question:
Question for my TracRac system for my toyota tacomas. 2 out of the three are starting to slide on the rubber pads that you put in between the clamps and the truck bed. Is this a common occurrance and is there a fix, Like new rubber pads?

I reached out to my contact at Thule to ask about your rack. It could be that the hex-head bolts under the rail need to be tightened. If this does not prevent slipping it is likely related to the rubber shims that are installed on top of the bed rail. Over time these can flatten. If the foot is slipping you may need to double up the shims - only on the feet that are experiencing an issue.
If you need additional shims you can order Thule # TARX-11034-3 .
