Installation of the Timbren springs, # TDVR05096, on a 2011 Kia Sedona is actually very straight-forward as you can see in the instructions I have linked. You may be able to perform this installation at home.
Otherwise any trusted mechanic or a place that deals in performance and aftermarket accessories could perform the installation. You can call around to see who can do it and for local labor costs.
