You certainly can, just order 4 of part # FA86-0015-312, which will get you 4 of the Fastway Maximum Security Universal Trailer Coupler Locks keyed to key number 312. The lock is compatible with couplers for 1-7/8, 2 or 2-5/16 inch trailer balls.
The # FA86-0015-315 lock you'd looked at is keyed to key number 315, so it wouldn't use your desired key.
