How do the Ultra-Fab Stabilizer Jack Attach to RVs

We have a 2012 22GQ Arctic Fox trailer. I would like to know how this mounts to the trailer frame, bolted or welded? Another questions, what is the difference between the UF39-941704 and UF39-941705? Both are listed and 30inch extension and 6000lbs lift.

The Ultra-Fab Power Twin II Manual Stabilizer for Trailers and RVs # UF39-941704 that you referenced is designed to be bolted on with the included mounting hardware.
The difference between the # UF39-941704 and the # UF39-941705 is that the # UF39-941705 comes with dual 12 volt motors to raise and lower the legs of the stabilizer jacks. Whereas, the # UF39-941704 that you referenced require manual operation that includes cranking a jack handle.
