Is Middle Head Position for B&W Companion Hitch Center Position for 2021 GMC Sierra OEM Rail Kit

Question:
I own a 2021 gmc sierra slt 2500hd. I would like to use the companion non slider hitch. Can I assume that the middle of the hitch where the kingpin would connect would be close to the gooseball hole? How does the patriot hitch compare to the companion?

The B and W Companion hitch part # BWRVK3715 that you are wanting which is a fit for the OEM rail kit of your 2021 GMC Sierra 2500HD is a really great option. In the center position the jaw center would be right above the gooseneck hitch ball hole. The Patriot hitches are basically the same hitch head but have a base designed to fit above-bed fifth wheel rails.
