I am considering purchasing the Yakima Ridgeback4 and would also like to add the security cable maybe Yakima Handcuff Bike Lock. Question is can I get these with common key that works both in the speedlock and cable lock?

The Yakima RidgeBack 4 Bike Rack part # Y02458 is an excellent bike rack option that already comes with a hitch lock. In order to use a lock for the bikes you'll also need the Yakima HandCuff Cable Lock part # Y02466. That said, this option will likely give you two different sets of keys. If you would like for both locks to match, you'll also need the Yakima Same Key System part # Y07202.
