Yes we have 2 inch hitches that fit your 2003 Acura MDX like with the etrailer hitch part # e98851 which I recommend highly as it is mostly hidden and has a very durable powdercoat finish. If you need trailer wiring as well the part # 118336 is a confirmed fit and very easy to install.
