Is there any hitch besides the sidewinder that will work on the 2020 ram eco diesel crew cab ?

Demco makes a Hijacker Autoslide model that would provide 22-1/2 inches of clearance, so you wouldn't need the Sidewinder. The hitch is part # DM8550040 and the install rails/brackets are part # DM8552032-71. During low speed sharp turns, the Autoslide mechanism will disengage, allowing the hitch head to slide rearward which will allow the proper clearance between the truck cab and the front of the 5th wheel. This hitch is compatible with non-Rambox equipped trucks without the factory air suspension.

If you don't already have a 7-way trailer connector installed in the bed of the truck, you can install one using part # 50-97-410. I've linked you to some product videos for the products I've mentioned above.
