So I have an option for you to carry 4 or 5 bikes with no trailer hitch receiver, but there is not a trunk bike rack that will carry 4 or 5 bikes by itself for your 2019 Subaru Outback Wagon.

I recommend going with the Thule Passage 3 Bike Carrier # TH911XT which is a 3 bike trunk mounted rack that is confirmed to fit your 2019 Subaru Outback Wagon.

To carry the extra bikes you can use the SeaSucker Mini Bomber # 298-BM2006 which will mount to the roof of your vehicle without needing crossbars and allow you to carry up to two additional bikes.

Depending on the axle style of your bike you may need the 12-mm Thru-Axle Adapters # 298-BA1423, 15-mm Thru-Axle Adapters # 298-BA1424, or 15-mm Boost Thru-Axle Adapters # 298-BA1425.
