Just received my tandem axle tear drop fenders item # HP44VR. they look good are they bare mental or are they coated

I'm glad to hear that you are happy with your Tandem Axle Trailer Teardrop Fenders for 14" to 15" Wheels # HP44VR!
They are cold rolled steel that is bare metal so you will need to prime and paint them, or even have them powder coated to make them corrosion resistant.
