Question:
Will these work with the power folding mirrors also? Everything on the mirrors are flush but it is the chrome package on my 2013 F-150 Lariat.

From what I was able to find with my research it does look like the CIPA # CM11800 will fit on the mirrors of your 2013 Ford F-150 Lariat edition with the power mirrors, but I've linked some photos that show which mirrors these do and do NOT fit on so that you can compare and confirm this.
If yours fall into the category of the ones that do not fit, you will need to use a universal fit mirror like the K-Source # KS3891.
