Troubleshooting No Power to New Brake Controller on a 2001 Chevy Silverado 1500

Question:
I recently purchased a Tekonsha P3 with the plugin play wire harness after plugging in im not getting power to the Tekonsha unit. I have a 2001 chevy silverado 1500. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
