Fit of B&W Companion BWRVB3710 Replacement 5th Wheel Hitch Base in 2020 Silverado 2500 Puck System

Question:

Will this base work with the 2021 Chevy 2500HD High Country SWB puck system? Are they the same as the 2020 puck system? I have the companion for the turn over ball so I could use the head with this hitch?

GM changed the OEM hitch puck mount layout for the 2020 model year due to a change in the truck frame geometry, and it remains the same for the 2021 model year as well. Therefore, the # BWRVB3710 replacement base would indeed be compatible with the OEM puck mount layout on a 2021 Chevy Silverado 2500.

The B&W Companion hitches, regardless of whether the hitch mounts using a Turnover Ball hitch or the OEM puck system ALL use the same hitch head so your existing head from your Turnover Ball hitch will be compatible with the # BWRVB3710 replacement base you'd specified.
