In order to carry bikes on the back of an RV and still use a tow bar you'll need to look into a dual high, high-low adapter like the Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter for Tow Bars part # RM-077-2. This adapter is also offered in a few other rises/drops like part # RM-077-4 and part # RM-077-6.
