By circular key, I believe you meant a barrel key, or barrel lock as they're sometimes called, and yes, there are a number of options for a lock that fits a 2 inch trailer hitch receiver that uses a barrel key, which are the following:

- Blue Ox Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2" Hitches # BX8858

- Fastway Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock # FA86-00-3160

- MaxxTow Hitch Receiver Lock # MT38FR
