Much of this project will need to be completed with threaded iron pipe, flexible copper tubing, and fittings for iron and copper. We do not carry those parts or have expertise in that specific area. However, we can provide you some of the parts that you are going to need.
Your two propane tanks will need a place to be mounted on the trailer, usually up on the A frame tongue of the trailer. The common solution is a JR Products # 37220BL Propane Tank Mounting Kit. The mounting kit will keep your tanks securely in place for travel.
Each of your tanks will need a pigtail hose to connect them to your regulator and switch. For the pigtails I recommend the JR Products # 37207-30755 Propane Hose with Back Check. (You will need two) For the regulator you should use the JR Products # 37207-30395 Gas Regulator. This is a quality 2-stage regulator with an automatic change over valve that will switch to your other propane tank when one goes empty. It is designed to be mounted and used vertically which is the orientation most convenient in this area.
Easily overlooked is the JR Products # 37207-30405 Regulator Bracket. This attaches to your regulator and then is put under the wing nut on the mounting kit. This will keep your regulator vertical as recommended and secure for travel.
Unless you run your iron pipe right to the bottom of the regulator you will need a hose to go between the regulator and a manifold connection to the iron pipe on your trailer. If you let me know what size NPT you will be using and the distance from the regulator to the manifold and I can spec the correct item for you.
I have also attached link to a travel trailer propane overview, and some product reviews for you.
