The 2088-422-144 has 1/2-14 npsm threads at inlet and outlets. The pump you are offering indicates hose inlet and outlet. What does that mean in thread description.

We have a direct replacement for your OEM 12-volt Shurflo 2088-422-144 fresh water pump with HydroMax RV Fresh Water Pump # P25201 which uses the same inlet and outlet size you have now and has pressure and output specs as well. This has 1/2 inch diameter hose fittings at the inlet and outlet that is designed to work with a tapered watertight seal.
