Can you tell me the overall width outside - outside of this part?

I spoke to my contact at Reese and he informed me that the width measured from outside to outside of the Replacement Crossmember Head Support # RP58147 is 24 inches.
This crossmember fits Reese 16k fifth wheel hitches.
