Extra adjusters or tensioners are not needed for your tires when installing the diamond pattern Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains # TC2326.
These chains - which do fit the 255/70R18 tires on your 2018 Toyota Tundra - have an integrated tensioner so when you install them the chains will always be a tight fit.
