We do have a fit for your 2011 Nissan Altima sedan; I checked with the manufacturer and can confirm that the correct fit is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11352.
I have added a photo a customer sent in of this hitch installed on his Altima with a double exhaust as well so you can see how it will look on yours.
If you plan on doing some light towing with your Altima you will also need the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118470, Curt Drawbar # C45521, Pin and Clip # F-4, and 1-7/8" Hitch Ball # A-80 or 2" Hitch Ball # A-82.
