How Far Down Do the Ratcheting Hooks On Swagman Chinook Go

Question:

Will the S64683 hold a womens bike see picture belowl without buying a crossbar? All the videos show a mens bike with a straight bar from seat to the handle bars. Can the Chinook bike rack fold the platform cradle arms up to the mast? I am a bit concerned about the 47 pound weight Do you have any video of actually picking up the bike rack and ing it into the car hitch? Thanks,

The Swagman Chinook 2 Bike Platform Rack # S64683 will go down to 12 inches from the platform, and it does look like the frame on that bike should be able to be held without needing a bike adapter bar like the # 64005. We don't have any videos of the rack being loaded into a hitch currently available, but as far as comparable racks available with the same features that are also able to be used on a motorhome, this would be at the lighter end of the spectrum in weight so it's probably the best choice.
