I have a 2022 Honda Accord Hybrid. I am installing a 11/4 inch hitch. What are my best choices for a platform bike rack?

That all depends on the style of bike you're going to be using. The Hollywood Racks Destination Bike Rack for 2 Bikes item # HLY94FR you were looking at is a great option for bikes with alternative frames and fenders. It uses padded cradles with ratchet straps to secure your bikes by the downtubes or top tube. It does have a lower weight capacity at 35 lbs per bike and you wouldn't want to mount a bike with a carbon frame to it.

If you have a heavier e-bike then you will want to go with the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack item # TH903202. This bike rack has a 65 lbs per bike capacity. It has a similar clamping style that secures your bikes by the frame. This one also features a built in ramp to make loading and unloading your bikes easier.

If you have a carbon frame bike rack you will want to use the Kuat NV 2.0 Base 2-Bike Platform Rack item # BA12B. This is a wheel mounted bike rack which will secure you bike without touching the carbon frame by clamping down on your wheels.
