Trailer Hitch for 2003 GMC Sierra 2500HD with Additional Drop

Question:
I prefer the extra that the # BWHDRH25187 has over the recommended replacement # BWHDRH25182 for my vehicle, as I do not want the receiver directly under the bumper as is shown for #25182. So will the # BWHDRH25187 bolt up to my truck as it appears by the pictures that the mounting holes are similar in location.

The B and W Hitch part # BWHDRH25187 does fit your 2003 GMC Sierra 2500HD and will give you the additional drop you are wanting since it is normally used on trucks with drop bumpers.
