Is Mounting the PD4045 Vertically Okay to do
Updated 10/09/2020 | Published 10/08/2020 >
Question:
Can the PD4045 be mounted vertically? I know the installation manual states it should be mounted horizontally, but I do not see what difference it would make? The area in my trailer, where the panel is mounted, is not quite wide enough horizontally, but is vertically. Thanks

Yes the Progressive Dynamics Mighty Mini AC/DC Panel and Converter Charger part # PD4045KA can be mounted vertically. In most situations it is horizontal but there are no balance type sensors that would be negatively effected by the alternate position.
