Can you please tell me if a Grand Marquis year 2002 will be able to tow a 06 Cadillac CTS on a car tow dolly and not a flat trailer

Your 2006 Cadillac CTS is able to be towed with a tow dolly. I recommend the Demco Kar Kaddy SS Tow Dolly with Disc Brakes - Foldable - 4,800 lbs # DM9713045 or if you have the electric brake controller you can use the Roadmaster Tow Dolly with Electric Brakes - 4,250 lbs # RM-2050-1. The Cadillac curb weight is 3,509 lbs and the 2002 Grand Marquis only has a towing capacity of 2,000 lbs so you cannot pull your Cadillac with the Grand Marquis but a different vehicle with a higher towing capacity wouldn't be an issue.
