For your 2015 Toyota Highlander XLE there are no confirmed trunk mounted hitch fits from Thule. Because of this, we don't list any confirmed fits for that manufacturer on your vehicle. We do have many fits from other manufacturers which I've linked the page to.
The most comparable option to the Thule Passage # TH910XT in my opinion is the Yakima HangOut 2 Bike Rack - Trunk Mount - Adjustable Arms # Y02637. This has similar mounting and features yet has been tested and confirmed to fit by Yakima. This is my recommendation for you and I also recommend adding the Security cable # Y02623 and a cable lock like the RockyMounts Curly Combination Cable Lock - Programmable - Braided Steel - 3' Long # RKY3700 to secure your rack and bikes.
