If you have the Retrax Pro MX without the stake pocket cutouts you would need to trim the section of the tonneau cover rails that covers the steak pockets in order for the above racks to work

If you have the Retrax Pro XR w/trax rails you would be limited to the Rhino-Rack Vortex Crossbar System for Retrax XR Series and Mountain Top EVO-M Tonneau Covers - Black - 71" Long Item # RRVA180B-RRRLT600. Keep in mind the weight capacity is significantly lower than a ladder rack.

If I was going to choose between these options I recommend the Thule TraRac sliding ladder rack. This rack is more versatile and has the highest weight capacity. The sliding feature allows you to slide either upright and crossbar all the way to the opposite side and up against the other one in case you needed to put something tall in the bed of the truck. With having the sliding feature you can adjust depending on the length of the load and both crossbars have two adjustable tie downs to secure the load.
