I have the BAK BAKFlip MX4 BAK48330 tonneau cover on my 2020 Ford F350 short bed. I need a ladder rack that's compatible and I've heard that the Thule SR will work. Do you know if that's true?

Usually ladder racks use the inside edge of the top of the bed site to attach to the vehicle, but luckily there are exceptions to that.
The Thule TracRac SR is typically compatible with tonneau covers that mount to the inside edges of the truck bed. I spoke with my BAK Industries representative, who confirmed that the SR will work with the BAKFlip MX4 on your truck. The correct Thule TracRac SR for your short bed F350 is part # TH43003XT-785.
