Question:
Hey, I have the 4 pole wiring kit but need a 7, I was going to use this kit, Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller - 7-Way RV and 4-Way Flat - 10 Gauge Wires, but I bought a Curt Echo and would like to use that. What kits should I get or how do I bypass the brake controller with the kit I mention and ensure the electric brakes still work? Thank you.

Rather than using the # HM47200, I'd go with the # ETBC7L, which includes a 4-pole to 7-way adapter plus the wire and circuit breaker needed to run the power supply wire up to the positive battery terminal that's needed to power the Curt # C51180 wireless brake controller. You'll only need to run one wire from the adapter to the battery at the front of the vehicle, and ground the adapter's white wire to the vehicle. The remaining wires on the adapter won't be needed.
I'll link to some videos that will help walk you through the installation.
