Question:

We have a 2012 Mercedes-Benz B-Class Era Sprinter, 24 feet long and 10 feet high INCLUDING the air conditioner unit on top. After reading Measuring Your RVfoot it states to measure height EXCLUDING the air conditioner. Just for clarification, Im assuming that the CA80105 cover will not fit our RV because of the air conditioner unit? Thank You for your prompt response.

Correct! The Classic Accessories Deluxe PolyPro III Heavy-Duty Cover for Class B RVs - Up to 25' Long # CA80105 is not made for 2012 Mercedes-Benz B-Class Era Sprinter vans with AC units, but that doesn't mean it will not fit. It will not fit as well as the pictures, but will still cover a large majority of your van. It is 25' long x 84" wide x 117" tall which will still go on your van, but will not cover as much of the sides as seen in the picture.

There is not a specific cover for your specific van designed to accommodate for the AC unit. If I was in your situation, I would get this cover and I would not mind a less than perfect fit as it will still cover the majority of the van. This cover will still do what it needs to do which is keep all the water out, keep the snot and ice off the paint and windshield.

This is the best cover option I have for you. If you want a nice clean fit, you could cut a hole for the AC unit and then place a tarp like the Erickson Heavy-Duty Silver Tarp, 14 x 14 Weave - 6' x 8' # EM57020 to place over your AC unit. In my opinion, the Classic Accessories Deluxe PolyPro will still give you great protection. This cover is used for a wide variety of campers, RVs and vans.
